Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery will generally be carried out by Yamato Transport.
• Tax included: Hokkaido 1,800 yen, Tohoku 990 yen, Kanto, Shinetsu and Kansai 770 yen, Tokai and Hokuriku 700 yen, Chugoku, Shikoku and Kyushu 990 yen. Separate charges will apply to Okinawa and remote islands.
• If the total amount of your order is 11,000 yen or more, shipping will be free.
• If you purchase a pre-order item together with other items, due to shipping costs, all items will be shipped at the same time as the pre-order.
• We use Click Post (220 yen nationwide) for books and small items , but if the item is thick we will send it by courier.

About Shipping

• Once payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped via Yamato Transport within 7 business days.
• We usually ship on Mondays and Fridays.
• Once your order has been shipped, a shipping completion email will be sent to your registered email address.
