About the sales price
The sales price will be the displayed amount (displayed price/tax included).
Timing and method of payment
In addition to the product price, the only fees required are product shipping fees and bank transfer fees (if payment is by bank transfer).
■Credit card
We accept various credit cards.
*Please note that overseas issued cards may not be accepted and credit card payments are only accepted in one lump sum.
■ International shipping
We are unable to provide this service. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding out of stock
- In online sales, due to the busyness of the cart, there may be rare cases where an item is available for purchase even if it is out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you, so please understand.
・Since products available in store are also sold online, store sales take priority, and there is a possibility that an item may be out of stock even if payment has been completed in the store. In such cases, we will contact you and offer a refund, an alternative product, or cancel the order.
Special terms regarding returns
If the product is defective or if the product you receive is different from what you ordered, we will promptly replace it (or refund you in some cases) at our expense.

■About orders
If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please double-check that your address is correct, that your email address is not set to reject incoming emails, and that your emails are not being treated as spam. If you still do not receive the email for any other reason, please contact our shop. Also, if you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours, your order may not have been completed. In this case, please contact our shop.
■About delivery time
If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 7 business days (every Monday and Thursday).
